Having completed their sales skills matrices, your sales people will then work on their ability to work together effectively as a team. The Team Effectiveness Modules ensure that:
A Business Coach will begin by working with the leader/s to establish an agreed timescale. Once the programme structure has been signed off, the entire team will come together for a detailed overview of the programme, before beginning with the Sales Process modules. The Team Effectiveness modules will follow and you can choose whether to add individual coaching sessions for the members of your team.
Typically the Sales Accelerator Programme will run over the course of 6-9 months, but this may differ, depending on a client’s specific requirements.
