This is not a sales training course, Mindstrong’s Sales Performance Improvement Programme is a 6-9 month process, during which time one of our Business Coaches will be embedded within your team working with them to improve their overall effectiveness.
This programme requires input from the leader and their team and is therefore not suitable for leaders wishing to observe or ‘sit out’.
