On Thursday 22nd March, Mindstrong hosted 'Outstanding Leadership', a free event for those working in Leadership positions. The event was attended by representatives from a number of organisations, including; Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, Ark Handling Ltd, UK CEED, Marketing Ability, Headway Cambridgeshire, Peterborough Environment City Trust and STERIS.

Feedback from the event was excellent, one attendee commented "I liked the informal approach. I also liked the range of speakers and the high calibre of professionalism of all the guests."

Commenting on the speakers, Ian Davison from Mitsuibishi Electric said: "How different Managers have handled difficult situations was very thought provoking. It has reminded me again that we need to analyse constantly what we are doing and ask ourselves why?"
