Team Execution Survey

This survey is included in the cost of our Business Results Programmes but can be purchased as an add-on to any of our other Coaching programmes or purchased as a stand-alone item.   It is most useful when used at the beginning and end of a programme or intervention to help identify areas for development and then evaluate progress.  

The questions in this survey are structured in such a way so as to evaluate and score your organisation in 6 core areas of your business. The survey can be distributed and completed either via email or in hard copy. Learn more.

Leadership 360°

This tool is designed to gain feedback from all around an individual; that is from peers, reportees and supervisors.   We use it as part of our Leadership Coaching programme to aid self-awareness and personal impact, but it can be used as an add-on to any of our other Coaching programmes or as a stand-alone tool. Learn more.

Myers Briggs

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a highly regarded psychometric questionnaire, designed to measure people according to how they perceive the world and make decisions. Delegates will fall into one of 16 different types, based on their preferences in the following:

• Intoversion/Extroversion
• Sensing/Intuition
• Thinking/Feeling
• Judgement/Perception
