We know that a clearly defined and well communicated strategy, executed by outstanding leaders, high performing teams and maintained through a culture of accountability are the essential components required for you to deliver greater results than you are getting today. However, achieving and perfectly aligning these different components can be a challenge for many organisations. Often, there is a focus on one or two particular areas, but to consistently achieve exceptional results all of these components must be in place and operating at their maximum potential.
The Mindstrong Business Performance Improvement Programme is a Total Business Solution, it focusses on each of the components required to achieve business excellence and ensures that they are all perfectly alligned.
The Business Performance Improvement Programme starts with:
In understanding what you want to achieve, we then focus on how you will deliver those results. This is done by working on:
By bringing each area of the business to its maximum potential and ensuring all of the components are perfectly alligned, the results can be seen not only within the organisation, in terms of increased levels of engagement, retention and motivation, but also on the bottom line, in the form of improved measurable business results.
Mindstrong’s Business Coaches will focus on ensuring you have a clear and well communicated strategy and that key elements of your ability to execute are enhanced.
We will support your leaders and their teams to define and work on their own goals in alignment with the organisation’s overall strategy and teams will learn how to work together effectively to execute their goals with excellence.
A trusted business coach is embedded in your team and each intervention is tailor-made to each leader and their team.
As part of this solution, you will also have access to a documented dashboard of actions. This software package is designed specifically to drive sustainability and accountability. We focus on and deliver real and measurable business results. Depending on your business and your individual requirements these may include:
Mindstrong’s Business Performance Improvement Programme is typically a 12 month process. At the start of this process, all employees will be given the Mindstrong Team Execution Survey. The results of this survey will be given at the first 1 day session, where you will also work with one of our Business Coaches to outline what success looks like to your organisation and define the results that you want to see. It is these results we will re-examine at the end of the process to evaluate success.
The Senior Decision Makers in the organisation will then complete a 2 day Strategic Planning Kickstart Workshop, in which your company’s winning strategy will be clearly defined and a plan agreed on how to communicate and execute this strategy.
From here, Mindstrong Business Coaches will then begin working with your leaders and teams and instilling a Culture of Accountability.
At the end of the 12 month process, we will once again issue employees with the Mindstrong Team Execution Survey. Using these results and examining the bottom-line figures you wanted an improvement on, will allow you to see the Return on your Investment.
You may choose to issue the Mindstrong Team Execution Survey at the 6 month stage to evaluate progress up to that point.
The Mindstrong Business Performance Improvement Programme is for organisations looking for a total solution, one that will impact on and improve every area of their business, including and most notably their bottom line.
